1) Which service should I pick?
Start with the blocker you need to fix now. There are 26 services, each with a fixed window. The Featured items are popular today, but your best fit may be elsewhere in the set.
Action: Open the Service Picker on the Services page to filter by problem/outcome and days.
If you’re unsure: Send a WhatsApp enquiry with three lines:
• The blocker (1 sentence) • The outcome you want (1 sentence) • The earliest handover date you would like
2) How fast will I get it?
Every service runs in a fixed window (from 1 to 45 Days, depending on the service). Handover lands 08:00 SAST on the handover day; your review closes 17:00 SAST the same day. Many materials are implemented the same day.
Action: Use Pay & book now to secure a window — or send a WhatsApp enquiry if you need a date to be confirmed before paying.
3) What do you need from me on Day-0? (and what are “must-carry lines”?)
Each service page lists the exact Day-0 inputs. In general: your single outcome, current materials, must-carry lines (mandatory phrases that must appear exactly — for example POPIA/privacy lines, legal disclaimers, required footnotes, brand/tagline lines), the named Approver, any constraints, and how we’ll exchange files. Work starts when Day-0 inputs are in and the booking is paid.
To confirm you’re ready to start (no files needed yet): send an Email enquiry with the service name in the subject and this simple tick-list in the body:
• Outcome stated • Must-carry lines listed (or “none”) • Approver named • Constraints noted • Materials exist (yes/no) • Earliest handover date
I’ll reply confirming you’re ready to start on Day-0 or flag any gaps.
4) What exactly do I receive on handover?
A complete pack that meets the agreed sign-off criteria on handover, ready to use immediately. It includes: the clean final files in your formats, a tracked version (where relevant) for transparency, a one-page sign-off note, a sign-off criteria checklist mapped to the deliverable, a decision log, a link log, and next steps or a go-live checklist if needed.
Action: See the format examples on the Proof page.
5) How is sign-off handled?
We agree sign-off criteria up front. On handover, the checklist shows what was met. Your named Approver gives sign-off in the first read when checks pass. Small tidy-ups are normal and handled inside the window.
Action: If you want help framing the sign-off criteria, send a WhatsApp enquiry with the service name and your rough criteria.
6) What’s included as standard — and what isn’t?
I deliver decision-grade materials in a fixed window, with a ready-to-implement handover. Not included as standard: new web development, CMS builds, graphic design, or messaging strategy, media buying, or multi-stakeholder workshops — unless a specific service states otherwise. Each service page explains exactly what is in and out for that service.
Action: If you’re unsure about scope, send an Email enquiry with the service name and your “is this in/out?” question.
7) How do revisions and change requests work?
I route changes through G/A/R (Green / Amber / Red) so timing and costs stay predictable:
• Green — minor edit absorbed inside the window.
• Amber — a modest shift; adds time and includes a fee adjustment confirmed before I proceed.
• Red — major shift; we re-scope and re-book cleanly.
Important: When there is a Change Request, I always confirm the path before work moves.
Planning ahead: If you think change requests are likely in your context, send a WhatsApp enquiry describing the scenario; I’ll explain exactly how we would route it.
8) What if something might not land in my environment?
We agree the sign-off criteria at the start and build to them, so work lands first time. If your environment often introduces late changes (for example, legal or brand governance), tell me early — we’ll pre-plan safe variants and a clear route so there are no surprises.
Action: Send a WhatsApp enquiry with the likely late-change scenario (e.g., “legal gate at T-1”) and I’ll propose the route.
9) What if my Day-0 inputs are late?
That’s okay. Work only begins once Day-0 inputs are in, so quality is never compromised. If inputs slip, we’ll either move your fixed window or re-book the next available slot and confirm a new 08:00 SAST handover. Dates stay honest and you still get a full, focused window—no half-starts.
10) How do we collaborate during the window?
We keep a single live file as the source of truth; questions and decisions are logged there. On longer windows, I add a short, regular check-in. At handover you receive the sign-off note, criteria checklist, decision log and link log with the final files.
Action: Prefer a tool? Note it in your Email enquiry and I’ll confirm if it keeps review fast and tidy.
11) Can you work under an NDA?
Yes. NDAs are standard. I don’t share client names, logos or internal materials without written sign-off. The Proof page shows format examples only (no client data).
Action: Message “NDA before scope” via WhatsApp enquiry if you’d like to start there.
12) How do you handle privacy (POPIA)?
I only collect what’s needed to deliver the work. Decision, sign-off and link logs are kept with the project files. Personal data is handled with care and can be removed on request once the work is complete and records are closed.
Action: For a specific privacy question, send an Email enquiry with your scenario and any policy requirements.
13) Do you follow accessibility best practice?
Yes. For digital materials (web pages, intranets, emails and social posts) I follow recognised web accessibility standards: clear contrast, readable fonts, keyboard access and descriptive alt text. For downloads and print I apply the same readability and plain-language rules.
Action: If you want me to include an accessibility check for your service, ask for it in your Email enquiry (I’ll confirm how it’s applied).
14) Which industries do you work in?
The approach is sector-agnostic and has worked across many industries. Common sectors include financial services, automotive, FMCG, technology and software, telecommunications, healthcare, education, energy, retail and e-commerce, professional services (for example legal and accounting), and public sector/SOEs.
Action: Want an industry-specific steer? Send a WhatsApp enquiry with your sector and the outcome you need.
15) Do you only work with large companies?
No. I work with one-person businesses, start-ups and founder-led teams, SMEs, corporates, publicly owned companies and SOEs. Whether you sell products or services, to businesses (B2B) or consumers (B2C) — the method is the same: one outcome, clear sign-off criteria, materials you can use immediately.
Action: Not sure where you fit? Send a WhatsApp enquiry with your organisation type and target date.
16) How does payment and booking work?
Use Pay & book now. Payment confirms your slot. We begin when Day-0 inputs are in and the start date is set. I can hold a provisional slot briefly while you complete payment and inputs; if either misses the window, I release the slot and offer the next available date.
Action: If Procurement needs a quote or invoice before payment, send an Email enquiry with company details and the service name (PayFast is fastest if you’re ready).
17) Do your prices include VAT?
VAT is not applicable. Invoices are issued in ZAR.
18) Do you work with international clients?
Yes. All windows run on SAST. Meetings can be set to your time zone; handovers still land to SAST so we keep one clock.
Action: If you need a specific handover time in your zone, ask in your Email enquiry and I’ll confirm.
19) What results can I expect?
Decision-grade outcomes that meet the agreed sign-off criteria on handover. In many cases the work is implemented immediately. Where a case says “sign-off in the first read,” that was achieved in real conditions.
Action: See examples on the Proof page.
20) What happens after handover?
You implement. If you want a quick check once live or a small tidy pass, say so upfront. Bigger changes are booked as new work with a new window so delivery stays predictable. (For staged programmes: payment and sign-off are per stage.)
Action: If you want a post-handover check, mention it in your Email enquiry with your chosen service and go-live date.
